NestPack manufactures expanded polyethylene (EPE) foam for protective packaging, thermal insulation and gasket applications across India. We extrude EPE in densities from 18 to 35 kg/m³, in thicknesses from 3 mm to 100 mm, and colour options including white, black, pink anti-static and blue. Buyers choose NestPack for consistent cell structure, low water absorption and clean die-cut finishes suitable for OEM export packaging. Roll goods are supplied in standard 1000 mm and 1250 mm widths; sheet stock in 2 m × 1 m; fitments in any CAD-defined shape. Every batch is tested for density and compression before dispatch from our Bengaluru 560066 facility with same-week freight to Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, Mumbai and Delhi NCR.

What is the maximum EPE roll length you supply?

Standard 200 m per roll at 20 kg/m³; longer bespoke rolls on request.

Do you supply anti-static (pink) EPE?

Yes, pink EPE at 25 kg/m³ is stocked and can be converted into rolls, sheets or die-cut trays.

Can I get EPE laminated with reflective foil?

Yes — we laminate EPE with aluminium foil, HDPE film and jute for thermal or waterproof applications.

What is the minimum order quantity?

Roll stock: 5 rolls minimum. Custom densities: 500 kg minimum. Fitments: no MOQ for prototypes.
