NestPack manufactures ESD-safe foam for PCB, sensor and semiconductor handling — pink anti-static EPE (surface resistivity 10⁹–10¹¹ Ω), black conductive polyethylene (10³–10⁵ Ω) and dissipative EVA trays. We supply as rolls, sheets, blocks or finished die-cut trays with cavity pockets for ICs, PCBs and connectors. What is the difference between anti-static and conductive foam?

Anti-static (pink EPE) dissipates static slowly (10⁹–10¹¹ Ω). Conductive (black) drains it fast (10³–10⁵ Ω), needed for highly sensitive semiconductors.

Do you supply resistivity test certificates?

Yes, per-batch surface resistivity certificates are supplied on request.

Can you build multi-cavity ESD kitting trays?

Yes — multi-cavity trays with lift cut-outs and labels are one of our most-produced items.

Is pink EPE reusable?

Yes, but anti-static properties degrade over ~2 years with heavy handling. Conductive foam retains properties indefinitely.

What is the MOQ for ESD foam?

5 rolls for stock grades; no MOQ for prototype die-cut trays.
