Which foam type should I choose for my product?

It depends on the application. XLPE for rugged aerospace/defence cradles, EVA for premium medical/tool kit presentations, anti-static EPE for electronics and PCBs, PU for soft cushioning. We help you pick the right material during the design discussion.

What is your typical lead time?

Prototypes ship in 5–7 working days from our Bengaluru facility. Volume production runs typically 2–3 weeks depending on quantity and tooling. Rush orders accommodated where possible.

Do you have a minimum order quantity?

Accepted Answer

No strict MOQ for prototypes. For die-cut tooling runs we recommend a minimum batch that justifies the die — discuss with our sales team for your specific case.

Can I send a CAD drawing?

Yes. We accept STEP, DXF, IGES, PDF and physical samples. Send to sales@nestpack.in or use the contact form — we'll confirm receipt and respond with feedback within 24 hours.

Do you offer corrugated boxes with foam?

Accepted Answer

Yes — engineered carton + foam fitment combinations are one of our specialities, including export-grade 5-ply and 7-ply with custom inserts.

Are your foams ESD-safe?

Accepted Answer

Our anti-static (pink) EPE foam is ESD-safe with surface resistivity in the 10⁹–10¹¹ Ω range — used widely for PCBs and sensitive electronics.
