EVA Foam Sheets

EVA Foam Sheet Manufacturer & Supplier in India

NestPack manufactures and converts EVA (Ethylene Vinyl Acetate) foam sheets in Bengaluru for premium presentation cases, tool control inserts, medical kits and device packaging. Sheets are supplied plain, laminated to thickness, or fully die-cut and CNC-cut to your drawing — with dispatch across India.

What is an EVA foam sheet?

EVA foam is a closed-cell copolymer foam with an exceptionally fine, uniform cell structure. That fine cell gives a smooth, soft-touch skin on cut faces, which is why EVA is the default material when packaging has to look as good as it protects — presentation kits, calibration sets, surgical instrument trays and premium tool inserts.

Because the cells are closed, EVA sheet does not absorb water, resists most oils and mild chemicals, and holds its shape through repeated open-and-close cycles. It also laminates cleanly, so thick blocks can be built up from standard sheets and then contour-milled into deep multi-level cavities.

NestPack stocks EVA in black, grey and custom Pantone-matched colours and converts it in-house, so a single supplier covers sheet supply, die-cutting, CNC milling, lamination and final kit assembly.

Key properties

Fine-cell premium finish

Smooth cut faces and a soft-touch skin that photographs well and survives handling by end customers.

Closed-cell and water resistant

No wicking, no swelling — suitable for humid Indian transit conditions and washdown environments.

High cycle life

Low compression set means cavities stay tight after hundreds of open-and-close cycles in service kits.

Colour matched

Black, grey and custom Pantone shades, with optional branding via debossing or printed inlays.

Applications

Presentation & sales kits

Multi-level EVA inserts that hold demo units, cables and literature in a rigid or aluminium case.

Tool control inserts

Shadow-board style cavities with finger reliefs so a missing tool is visible instantly.

Medical & diagnostic trays

Wipe-clean EVA trays for surgical instruments, probes and diagnostic accessories.

Camera, optics & drone cases

Snug cradles for lenses, sensors, gimbals and batteries with lid compression pads.

Calibration & test kits

Fitted seats for gauges, meters and probes that keep sensitive items aligned during transit.

Device & electronics packaging

EVA inserts inside corrugated or hard cases for high-value electronics and instruments.

EVA foam vs XLPE foam — which sheet do you need?

How we take your EVA foam sheet from drawing to dispatch

  1. 1. Share your input

Send a drawing, STEP/DXF file, or simply a photo of the component with overall dimensions.

  2. 2. Material & density selection

Our engineers pick the EVA grade and wall thickness from component weight, fragility and case type.

  3. 3. Prototype

A CNC-milled sample insert is produced for fit trial — usually within 3 – 5 working days.

  4. 4. Production & dispatch

Approved design moves to die-cutting or CNC production, kit assembly and dispatch across India.

Frequently asked questions

What thickness of EVA foam sheet can NestPack supply?

Standard EVA sheets run from 2 mm to 60 mm. Thicker fitments are produced by laminating sheets into blocks of 200 mm and beyond before CNC milling.

What is the difference between EVA foam and XLPE foam?

Both are closed-cell. EVA has a finer cell and softer, more premium touch, making it the choice for presentation and medical kits. XLPE is firmer and more cost-effective for rugged transit cradles and aerospace fitments.

Do you supply plain EVA sheets or only cut fitments?

Both. We supply plain and laminated EVA sheets, as well as fully finished die-cut and CNC-cut inserts to your drawing.

Is EVA foam suitable for medical instrument trays?

Yes. Its closed-cell surface wipes clean, does not absorb fluids, and holds instrument cavities accurately over many handling cycles.

What is the minimum order quantity?

There is no rigid minimum for prototypes — we regularly produce single fit samples. Production pricing improves from around 50 sets onward.

How fast can I get an EVA foam prototype?

CNC-milled prototype inserts are typically ready in 3 – 5 working days from drawing approval at our Bengaluru unit.

Can EVA foam be colour matched to our brand?

Yes — black and grey are stock, and custom Pantone shades are available subject to minimum sheet quantities.

Which cities do you supply EVA foam sheets to?

We dispatch across India, including Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Coimbatore and Ahmedabad.
