Foam Fabrication Services
NestPack is a full-service foam fabrication house. We convert raw EPE, XLPE, EVA, PU and anti-static foam blocks into finished parts using CNC routing, waterjet cutting, die-cutting, band-saw slicing, hot-wire profiling and adhesive lamination. Design teams send us STEP, DXF or physical samples; we return prototypes in 5–8 working days and production batches within 2–3 weeks. Our Bengaluru unit runs multiple 3-axis CNC routers (2500 × 1500 mm bed), rotary die-cutters and horizontal splitters, with pan-India freight to over 35 industrial cities.
