CNC Foam Cutting
NestPack operates dedicated CNC routers for foam machining — 3-axis beds up to 2500 × 1500 mm running specialty bits designed for closed-cell foam. We machine EPE, XLPE, EVA, PU and anti-static grades to ±0.5 mm cavity tolerance with clean matte-finished walls. CAD files (STEP, DXF, IGES, DWG) go straight into our CAM pipeline; prototypes ship in 5–8 working days. Volume runs on multi-part nested sheets keep unit cost low for programmes above 500 pieces/month.

XLPE is the gold standard — closed cell, tight structure, clean edges. EVA and EPE machine well too.
What tolerance can you hold?
±0.5 mm on cavity outlines; better on thicker foams and lower feed rates.

Yes — we flip and re-datum for two-sided machining and pocketed compartments.
