Tool Foam Inserts

Tool Foam Inserts & Shadow Foam

NestPack builds shadow foam tool inserts for tool boxes, trolleys and hard cases. Two-tone CNC-cut foam (bright top layer over contrasting base) makes missing tools immediately visible — a standard in aviation MRO, defence FOD-control and medical instrument kitting. We fit inserts to popular tool trolleys (Snap-on, Facom, Stanley, Taparia, Yamoto) or supply new hard cases with fully custom cavities. Each cavity is CNC-cut from your tool list or scanned tool tray — one prototype ships in 5 working days.
