Foam conversion is the process of turning raw foam rolls and blocks into value-added parts — slit strips, split sheets, laminated boards, die-cut gaskets, edge protectors and shaped inserts. NestPack operates a dedicated conversion line for EPE, XLPE, EVA and PU foams in Bengaluru. Bulk buyers use us to convert their own imported foam blocks; OEMs order finished conversion-to-part programmes with monthly kanban dispatch. Typical outputs include HVAC gaskets, appliance edge protectors, camera insert trays, refrigerator liners and export-crate cushioning.
